Business Advisory Services:
We provide resources and expertise to C-Suite executives, the Board of Directors and Advisory Boards on developing corporate strategies, strategic plans and initiatives. We also perform operational reviews and recommend improvements across the corporate, financial and operational structure of an organization. From a regulatory perspective, we provide services regarding SEC reporting, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Registered Investment Company (RIC) and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) issues. We also provide and evaluate adherence to regulatory compliance, including Sarbanes-Oxley, and review of internal control processes.
Real Estate Advisory Services:
We provide commercial and residential real estate investment advisory services for single properties as well as whole portfolios.
